The mission of the Polka Dot Rose is to create a pleasant on line shopping experience and to bring joy to your home through romantic feminine decor.

Since many of the items are vintage and gently loved, they will be purchased "as is" and are not returnable nor refundable. I always try my best to select items that are in good condition and will point out any minor defects that give the item charm and character. All new items can be returned within 10 days of receipt. Please email me for a refund authorization number and state the reason for your return.

SHIPPING:

All items are shipped Priority Mail by USPS and insurance will be added on for all breakable fineries.  The price listed for shipping is aproximate. I will gladly refund any monies paid over the actual shipping price at the time of mailing.
